We would always rather know about a problem than not. Concerns can be raised confidentially, and where appropriate anonymously, and are reviewed independently of anyone they might implicate.
No retaliation
Anyone raising a genuine concern in good faith is protected from retaliation. Speaking up is treated as a service to the firm and its clients, never a disloyalty.
